It has been confirmed that Windows 7 RTM will be completed on or before July 13th 2009. It will then be promptly put on MSDN, Technet, and sent to Hardware and Software Partners and OEMs.
The latest Confirmed Build is 7268, and the latest Leaked Build is 7264 in both x64 and x86.
